DARING TO BE DARING
THE 'DARING' popped out of her oceanside grave three years ago, on Murawai Beach, making headlines after 0ne hundred and fifty three years of being hidden in the sands of time.
Today, she makes headlines again as she arrives back, in the coastal town Mangawhai, where she was built. There she will begin the first stage--three years-- of her restoration.
A PROPHETIC SIGN TO AOTEAROA
This piece of our seafaring history is more than a little chunk of our past to recover and honour. I believe she is another prophetic sign for believers here to decipher and fit into the prophetic narrative that is helpful and encouraging in this hour.
With Captain Phipps at the helm she was abandoned during a storm--by her crew--exactly 153 years before being discovered.
Those of us familiar with the 153 fish caught by the disciples when Jesus commanded them to 'cast the net on the other side', not long before His ascension, will recognise there is a big clue here for us to dig into a bit.
What was the meaning of 153 fish?
Why not 150?
Why not about 150?
This is a very specific number, and we can be sure it means something important!
I have asked the Lord for many decades what the significance of that number is.
The answer for me came when I heard US prophet Chuck Pierce share how he was caught way up into the sky in a revelatory experience, and shown the nations of the earth, as he gazed at our planet.
Of all those nations, he was shown that there were 153 'Sheep Nations' [the others being 'Goat Nations'] that had such a destiny on them to become.
This is profound when one contemplates that the church is commanded to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom to all nations.
As we become 'fishers of men' in this hour, via the preaching of the Kingdom message, globally we have a destiny to fulfil in regards to the exact number of nations that will eventually manifest the 'sheep' characteristic.
The fact that the 'Daring' was pulled out of those ever changing sands 153 years ago right here in our nation, points to the fact that not only are we ourselves destined to become a 'sheep' nation, but we have a vital role to play in being instrumental regarding the transformation of other nations, in order to be conformed to heaven's blueprint--for such nations that profess to follow the Christ.
This is a very encouraging sign for those with eyes to see!
And as for the name of the ship--I believe it is prophetic to us!
DARE we dare to be daring?
Dare we dare to be different?
Dare we dare to do things differently than they have been done in the past, at the leading of the Holy Spirit.
I believe this a a call to do just that- be daring!
To restore the 'spirit of daring'.
This 'antique' was not discovered in anyone else's waters. She was discovered here! She is a sign to us regarding the call on us as a nation!

I PROPHESY 'WE WILL BE A VERY DARING PEOPLE'! THAT IS PART OF THIS SIGN.
IT'S IN OUR SPIRITUAL DNA!
